Yesterday August 26th 2026 was my first time at Take 5 here in Reno nearby Meadowood Mall. I had a coupon and decided to give them a try. From the moment I was first greeted with a friendly hello and a very cold complementary bottle of water till the moment they sent me on my way, I was so very impressed by how well the employees worked together in perfect synergy! Wished I'd gotten all their names! You all are Rock Stars in my book, and even without a coupon, i will be returning again! Thank you and God Bl ess you all!🥰
Service was BOMB; I felt like a queen! They gave me cold water while I waited and topped off all my fluids, did my oil change, changed my wipers, cleaned my windshield for me before I left AND gave me all my options before deciding! Which I love because it doesn’t seem like they are pushing you towards the most expensive option they give you all the pros of each and you decide from there! They were amazing and I was able to put on my lip gloss and drive away feeling confident in my vehicle!
I've been to this Take 5 at least twice before, and both visits were pleasant. After my most recent visit, I ran into a problem. I called and spoke with Jason, who listened to my concern and told me to come on in so the shop could take a look. I couldn't make it until the next day, but when I arrived, the whole team was great. I was greeted warmly, and the staff checked in with me while I waited for Jason to get to my car. Jason took my concern seriously — he believed what I was telling him before I even pulled into the open bay. He fixed the problem and had me on my way in no time. Things happen; what matters is how a business handles its customers' concerns. Five stars. I'll be back!
