Oil Change in Henderson, NV at 390 E. Lake Mead Pkwy.

My truck said it was time for an oil change. I pulled in to the lane with one car ahead of me being serviced. I waited maybe 10 minutes and was guided in. They guided me in and punched in my VIN. They let me know that I got full synthetic last time. I asked if that type of oil is usually good for 10,000 miles. They agreed and we did some quick math and realized I didn’t have 3,000 since the last time. So without batting an eye they agreed I didn’t need another one right then. For anyone wondering, when the oil life is reset, it automatically resets to 2,500 milesI asked if they could check my air filter which they did and said I could wait on that also. So here’s what’s important. They didn’t try to talk me into an unnecessary oil change, were happy to check my air filter even though they knew I was driving away. By the way, the military discount is very good ($25). It feels good to have place close by that I can trust to take care of not only my vehicle, but my wife and daughters can go in and not be talked into unnecessary up charges.

I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. James, the store manager, was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He and his staff took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the services without any pressure. The service was fast, efficient, and completely transparent from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values honesty and customer service as much as quality work. I highly recommend this location, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my future oil changes.

Exceptional service! I waited in line about 2 minutes before being directed into the bay as a car was just leaving. During that wait, we were offered ice cold water & again after all services were finished. The guys were professional, courteous & knowledgeable. I was in & out quickly without an appointment & all while being able to sit inside my car.
