Unbelievable service. After checking the computer for my data, the service person came over and told me that they had changed my oil with the HIGH MILEAGE OIL that I chose AND that I still had 1500 miles of oil use before another oil change 🙃 WHAT??? So, he printed out a new oil change sticker and explained to me that the oil change indicator light will come on when the car needs an oil change. HOWEVER, with the HIGH MILEAGE OIL I chose, it adds MORE miles to the oil life of my car. UNBELIEVABLY THE MOST HONEST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 74 YEARS 😇💙💪🏽🤙🏾
My truck said it was time for an oil change. I pulled in to the lane with one car ahead of me being serviced. I waited maybe 10 minutes and was guided in. They guided me in and punched in my VIN. They let me know that I got full synthetic last time. I asked if that type of oil is usually good for 10,000 miles. They agreed and we did some quick math and realized I didn’t have 3,000 since the last time. So without batting an eye they agreed I didn’t need another one right then. For anyone wondering, when the oil life is reset, it automatically resets to 2,500 milesI asked if they could check my air filter which they did and said I could wait on that also. So here’s what’s important. They didn’t try to talk me into an unnecessary oil change, were happy to check my air filter even though they knew I was driving away. By the way, the military discount is very good ($25). It feels good to have place close by that I can trust to take care of not only my vehicle, but my wife and daughters can go in and not be talked into unnecessary up charges.
Izaiah was incredibly kind and helpful and offered me a water even before asking what services I needed. James also assisted him with the oil and 2 filter changes. Topped off my washer fluid and were both incredibly insightful and knowledgeable and glad I found my new local spot! Less than a mile from my house makes it all the better. I was there and back home in less than 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend!
