An alert came up on my vehicle saying my oil was at 5%,I felt like that wasn’t right with the use of synthetic oil. I told the technician what happened and he said they would do some checking and came to me a little later and said my oil was still fine and figured my gauges weren’t reset on last visit.Topped off my other fluids and sent me on my way with perfect professionalism. I was extremely impressed with the treatment I received and will definitely return for service at the correct time.
We pulled right in on a Sunday evening...they were open and got us right in...the 3 men who were there gave wonderful service...they were very nice and professional taking great care to cover everything...I would definitely recvomend this place!!! Especially if its in the spur of the moment scenario as Im sure that most cases are...All around great service!!!
Exceptionally polite and professional staff. Excellent service. Nico at the Tupelo location was very informative. I was most impressed when I heard Noco speak to the other staff, and perhaps a new employee, with kindness, patience, and a positive attitude! 5 STARS TO NICO!
