Excellent experience! The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient. Joe, who appeared to be in training, did an outstanding job and made sure I was taken care of. His trainer and the management team were equally impressive. What really stood out was how much they appreciated my business. One of the managers even came over and shook my hand to thank me for coming in. I was treated like a valued customer from start to finish. Fast service, great people, and excellent customer care. I highly recommend this Take 5 location and will be returning.
Manuel, Bryson, and Gary hooked me up! I was in a jam, my usual shop couldn’t help me, something about not having a dip stick. Another shop didn’t have the right oil filter. I was passing through Tupelo and my car told me to put more oil in or stop driving. I googled shops near me and went here based on their great reviews. They told me they’d either have what I needed or find it for me. I’m so grateful for their kindness and help when I was in a jam. They were courteous, quick, and went out of their way to help me. Car is in tip top shape. I definitely found my new shop!
Take 5 has always been good to me. Getting an oil change is never convenient, but these guys always communicate if it’s busy, and always make me feel confident they’ve done the job properly. And they don’t get weird if you say no to an air filter (y’all know what I’m talking about). And anytime I’ve had random questions about random things, they’ve been willing to help me try to figure it out. Thanks for making this chore a little less stressful, guys.
