I’ve been using Take 5 since moving to Ocean Springs, 14 years ago. I appreciate the 25% military discount. The service is always fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. The staff always answer my questions and tell me when I don’t need an oil change, or need to buy a new tire. Special shoutout to Justin and Nyles who were super helpful and pleasant yesterday!
Just moved to Ocean Springs..was looking for the Best Place for a oil change..Checked out many options, I’m so happy I decided on Take 5 instead of the rest. First I received a cold bottle of water..The Staff was professional and Friendly..They checked all my fluids, air in my tires and 20 point system..ASK about a 25.00 discount coupon In + out in 5-10 minutes..The BEST oil change in my 50 years of driving experience !!
This is my preferred location. Yeah, the business in general may try to upsell filter changes that I can easily do myself. But they've always been very polite and professional, and I'd rather pay more here than go to Walmart. Last visit, the manager Dylan gave us extremely friendly and professional customer service, beyond what I anticipate from a quick service shop on a busy Saturday. The standard has always been high here, from my experience.
