I am so thankful for the gentlemen that work at OS Take 5. They are always courteous and kind and do not try to rip me off with things that are unnecessary just because I am a lady. If I need an air filter or new wiper blades, they clearly explain to me the cost and show me why they are recommending it. I appreciate this fast and quality service of my vehicle and the people that provide it.
I want to let you know that I encountered an employee by the name of Nyles, which is a huge asset to your company. He was the kindest young man I have ever encountered at your station. He was so helpful and patient with me. I was truly blessed by having him as my service writer. He explained everything perfectly.
My oil was changed recently at another place, but they put the the wrong filter on my car plus it was leaking out oil around the filter. Your Tech tightened the filter and gave my car a thorough inspection. He was very professional and courteous, so I’ll be going to Take 5 to get my oil changed permanently. Great job by all your staff.
