Austin was fantastic. He was very thorough and provided great customer service even though he was also training someone and it was an extremely hot day. A squirrel had made a nest in my air filter which hadn’t been changed in a lot longer than it should have and he made sure to get everything out which wasn’t easy and took a while. I will be back every time I need service since they were so great and it’s so close to my house.
I am so thankful for the gentlemen that work at OS Take 5. They are always courteous and kind and do not try to rip me off with things that are unnecessary just because I am a lady. If I need an air filter or new wiper blades, they clearly explain to me the cost and show me why they are recommending it. I appreciate this fast and quality service of my vehicle and the people that provide it.
My experience was great. They let me know ahead of time about a 45 min wait and handed me a water. I had my oil changed and radiator flushed. Dylan the manager was training a new employee. They were bothe great. I did wait and have no regrets. I will definitely go back.
