Oil Change in Madison, MS at 1115 US-51.

Normally, my service is excellent. Employees are professional and respectful of my special needs son. This time; awful!!! When I pulled up it took ALL of the employees about a minute to even get off of their phones. Then, Joshlyn, who managed my oil change was less than professional. My husband and I could not hear her or understand anything she said. She never asked about opening my door before doing so. She also wanted me to pay and sign for completed service before a pressure test was done on my car. Yet again, she marched to the passenger side and informed my husband she was going to check the passenger air filter. He informed her no, it was already changed. I know if a passenger is in the seat they are not allowed to check the filter. She then, without warning, reached in on top of me to change my oil warning. I do not care for someone fiddling with my car as they please and especially invading my space. I have NEVER had these issues before. I can always well understand your employees and trust the work they do. This time, I had to continually ask her to repeat herself and left doubting my car would run. Not to mention how uneasy I felt with her freely entering my vehicle.

I had such a great experience from the second I pulled in. They handed me a water bottle, explained everything they were doing, went over the different services they offered, and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed. They were quick, but honestly the staff is what stood out the most. Good customer service and genuine kindness can be hard to find these days, especially when these guys are working out in this horrible heat all day. And thennnn I managed to spill my milkshake ALL over my passenger seat 🤦🏼‍♀️ They saw the immediate “ugh WHY” look on my face and didn’t even hesitate before asking if they could clean it up for me. Ummm YES PLEASE 😂 They absolutely did not have to do that, but they jumped right in and helped anyway. That alone says a lot about the kind of people working here. They went above and beyond what I came in for, and I really appreciated it. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time!

The staff at Take 5 Oil Change was very helpful and due to the decline weather temperature has decreased my front right Passenger side tire was low and the staff was caring accommodating, respectful and exceeded my expectations. Customer Service was great!! The guys put the air in my tire And check all the other tires, air pressure as well In less than five minutes and sent me to work Safely . The happy holidays blessing was I was not charged not one penny for such excellent Service that was rendered
