I had such a great experience from the second I pulled in. They handed me a water bottle, explained everything they were doing, went over the different services they offered, and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed. They were quick, but honestly the staff is what stood out the most. Good customer service and genuine kindness can be hard to find these days, especially when these guys are working out in this horrible heat all day. And thennnn I managed to spill my milkshake ALL over my passenger seat 🤦🏼♀️ They saw the immediate “ugh WHY” look on my face and didn’t even hesitate before asking if they could clean it up for me. Ummm YES PLEASE 😂 They absolutely did not have to do that, but they jumped right in and helped anyway. That alone says a lot about the kind of people working here. They went above and beyond what I came in for, and I really appreciated it. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time!
The staff at Take 5 Oil Change was very helpful and due to the decline weather temperature has decreased my front right Passenger side tire was low and the staff was caring accommodating, respectful and exceeded my expectations. Customer Service was great!! The guys put the air in my tire And check all the other tires, air pressure as well In less than five minutes and sent me to work Safely . The happy holidays blessing was I was not charged not one penny for such excellent Service that was rendered
I went to the Take 5 in Gluckstadt, on Gluckstadt Rd. Great customer service , the Guys were super nice and helpful. It seemed like one man was training another one for this job, and they were both doing awesome . I also noticed how professional everyone was, and they worked together as a team . I had to wait a few minutes because they were super busy but that was no big deal . It was hot outside, they were super busy and short handed and still provided excellent service , kept me informed with everything they were doing and of course offered me that free bottle of cold water . I will definitely be back
