Had an amazing experience at Take 5 oil change in Hopkins. I had gotten a bad oil change at a different brand earlier and was leaking oil. Take 5 was the closest oil shop to me. They took me in 5 minutes before closing and gave me incredible customer service and fixed the other guys mistakes. The team Noah, Sean and Brian were knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I definitely recommend you choose Take 5 for your next oil change, they’ll take care of you!!
Great place for an oil change! The staff are friendly and always start with a complimentary water as you pull in. Techs are well-trained and know their stuff, while also knowing how to explain it to customers in plain language. They also do a complimentary fluid top off in-between oil changes, which is great for my higher-mileage car.
I love this place. I don’t go anywhere else. These guys all have a great attitude and are genuine hard working guys. Brasil manages a great team. Carlos and Bryan got me out fast. And I plan to come back every time I need an oil change. Customer service and attitude goes a long way. I’d support these guys over most outlets in a heartbeat.
