Had an amazing experience at Take 5 oil change in Hopkins. I had gotten a bad oil change at a different brand earlier and was leaking oil. Take 5 was the closest oil shop to me. They took me in 5 minutes before closing and gave me incredible customer service and fixed the other guys mistakes. The team Noah, Sean and Brian were knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I definitely recommend you choose Take 5 for your next oil change, they’ll take care of you!!

Appreciated not being told my perfectly good engine air filter needed replacing, appreciated him ASKING if i wanted the cabin one checked instead of just being like "unlock the door" and reaching in and doing it like they did at Valvoline. Most surprising and appreciated of all is him asking if my wiper blades were good and when I responded I actually had some in my backseat I just needed to put on he said they could do it...for no charge! 25% off coupon available on their site, highly recommend as oil change prices are through the fricken roof.
Great experience! Their lead; Brazil was very professional and had good synergy with his teammates when servicing everyone there. Was impressed by the teamwork and friendliness that this was one of the best auto check in experiences I've ever had, and fast too! Was in and out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend as they have a good community that cares about their clientele. Will come back again
