Everything was great, including the highly skilled female workers!! They managed to persuade me in changing the air filters on my vehicle and I must say 10 out of 10 great choice!! However, there was like a regional manager there or someone higher up who really seemed on the crabby side…. But the employees of the specific shop yes please I would visit them over and over again!!
Wow! I stopped by quick because a low tire pressure popped on while driving in the area. They offered waters, my son fruit snacks and a juice box. They cleaned off my windshield and offered to fill my wiper fluid while filling up my tires. The employees were all super kind and helpful! I wish I lived closer, I’d have a new oil change place!
A month ago, my family and I were on our annual road trip to Michigan from Chicago. We always stop to visit Holland on our way to our destination. I pulled into this Take 5 because I had a question to ask about my vehicle. Drew, Hunter, and Emilio were super kind and friendly (and gave us a nice cold water). Emilio assisted me and I am so thankful for his service and expertise. Whenever I'm in town, I know I can go here for honest advice about my vehicle. 😊
