A month ago, my family and I were on our annual road trip to Michigan from Chicago. We always stop to visit Holland on our way to our destination. I pulled into this Take 5 because I had a question to ask about my vehicle. Drew, Hunter, and Emilio were super kind and friendly (and gave us a nice cold water). Emilio assisted me and I am so thankful for his service and expertise. Whenever I'm in town, I know I can go here for honest advice about my vehicle. 😊
I usually run to Valvoline if I don't have time to go to the dealership. That means a 30+ minute wait and a 20+ min oil change with people trying to convince me to repair 90 different things. Today we stopped at this Take 5 and I'm so glad we did! They were so friendly and greeted us with cold water bottles for the adults, and juice boxes and fruit snacks for the kids. They quickly explained synthetic oil / non synthetic options. The pricing was very good. They took out my engine air filter and SHOWED it to me, I was already planning on changing it, but that sealed the deal! I appreciated that they didn't spend a ton of time at my window trying to convince me to buy more things. Overall this was a 10/10 quick service oil change. I will 100% be back! Highly recommended.
Emilio...is the professional,he immediately knew what kind of filter and oil my car takes... it's too bad that he is in Holland Michigan as I would like to have a competent and professional place like this in Chicago...I recommend him to everyone...who needs any car related business..or even a simple one like oil change.. highest standard that I long couldn't find... Go and try them yourself... I am very happy with his car change oil service...
