Sherwin (Pit), Mark (Hood), Nicholas (Safety). At the Baltimore pike location. Very polite. Explained everything they did and why. Were not pushy about their services. They found a discrepancy with the mileage and when the oil change was due to be changed. They researched why things werent matching up. Come to find out the last place I went to put in the mileage incorrect throwing things off. Mark questioned this before even attempting to charge an oil change in case I really didnt need it to save me money. Thank you Sherwin for overseeing Mark and guiding him to figure out what the problem was and explaining things clearly. Your leadership style is appreciated.
The service was quick and they were incredible at explaining all the options and suggestions for additional services (cabin filter, etc). They saw that my tires were in immediate need of replacement and called the shop next door, gave them all my info and even walked me over to introduce me to the mechanic. I was able to pick up my car 4 hours later with the new tires installed. JT, the manager, really went above and beyond to help me when it wouldn’t even benefit their business. I won’t go anywhere else!
I got there early - 15 minutes before opening and they were happy to open up and get me into a bay. They were efficient , talked through options on oil and filters, and called my attention to a nail embedded in a tire - thankfully giving me notice so I could schedule an appt w/ a tire place to get the issue proactively addressed. The employees were also friendly and the entire experience was seamless and allowed a long day to start on an up note. Was my first time there and I will absolutely be returning to that location for oil change needs.
