Exceptional experience from start to finish! The customer service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional, attentive, and made the entire process feel effortless. I really appreciated how welcoming the team was and how clearly everything was explained without making us feel pressured into anything. The service was quick and efficient, but we never felt rushed or like they were cutting corners. We also had the pleasure of meeting District Manager James “JT,” who was resourceful, knowledgeable, kind, and extremely personable. You can genuinely tell that he is proud of the company, his team, and what Take 5 represents. The way he carries himself truly reflects the company’s values and commitment to customer service, quality, and convenience. He offered great advice and made the experience even more memorable. And Jason absolutely sent us off on the perfect note! He had exceptional energy, gave us a good laugh, and provided amazing service all the way through the end of our visit. His personality and positive attitude were the perfect finishing touch to an already great experience. It’s refreshing to go somewhere that genuinely seems to care about the customer experience. We left feeling confident that our vehicle was taken care of and that our business was truly appreciated. Fast, convenient, professional, personable, and excellent service all around. I was in desperate need of an oil change and swung into Take 5 Oil Change as I was in town for a doctor appointment. I am new to this state, so I had no idea of where to go, so I chose this business out of the sheer convenience of location amd I am so glad I did. My main guy, Jamal, was highly knowledgeable and caught a dangerously low coolant level in my car, which I am very thankful for. He and Sherwin were excellent with their service and both were very friendly and professional, as well. The manager also stopped by to talk as did another employee (I didn't get their names but they were all friendly and a delight to work with). I was so very impressed and will definitely be back as I am now a loyal customer because of these hard working men. Plus, Jamal provided a cold water for me upon arrival and after I finished it, Sherwin asked if I needed another. SUCH GREAT GUYS!
