I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. Alexa, Joe, and Trey were all extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I appreciated how attentive they were and how they made sure my vehicle was taken care of. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for fast and reliable service!
I was not happy at all. Had the 49.99 option been available I was going to get that, but the technician stated that was not available! Only the full synthetic was available! Also charge me another fee for the filter! Other times I did not pay that! I had to ask them if every courtesy checks were done. They put my tire pressure on the ticket before checking my tires! I told her that I was not happy. Always had no problems with them but this time lots of problems. Left there paying almost $90.00. I drove 20 miles to have it done there.
Went for my scheduled oil change. Guys were very nice and professional. They gave me an ice cold bottle of water as it was extremely hot that day. I really felt bad for them! At any rate they were thorough but quickly got me in and out. I appreciate their great customer service. It’s rare now days. Thanks Take 5 - I’ll be back!!
