John was suggestive selling and doing his part as a manager.. I told him I’m going to show proof of what a great manger he was. 😆 He was up to my window telling me to make sure I completed the survey. I went to take 5 on 10/21/26. I went for a regular oil change service; however Justin did himself some suggestive selling by offering me a COOLANT EXCHANGE. He explained that it keeps my car from over heating. He even showed me a physical diagram of the difference with a visual. I called my husband to verify if it was a necessary service; which he agreed, and explained we needed it for sure. He was very patient, and answered any questions I may have had. Once he added the extra service, and it was over my expected original budget. ($240) He even sought strategies to reduce the amount with a coupon to help me as the customer. Great young men.
Profesional, easy to do business with and fast. Andre, the gentleman who helped with my vehicle, is very knowledgeable about many things other than just an oil change. Air conditioner was giving me issues, he fixed it. Tire pressure issues, he took care of that too. As long as Take 5 is here, it’s the only place I’ll go for vehicle maintenance. Again, Andre was not just taking care of my vehicle, he was in change of the entire place at once - without skipping a beat.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. Alexa, Joe, and Trey were all extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I appreciated how attentive they were and how they made sure my vehicle was taken care of. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for fast and reliable service!
