I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. Alexa, Joe, and Trey were all extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I appreciated how attentive they were and how they made sure my vehicle was taken care of. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for fast and reliable service!
I was not happy at all. Had the 49.99 option been available I was going to get that, but the technician stated that was not available! Only the full synthetic was available! Also charge me another fee for the filter! Other times I did not pay that! I had to ask them if every courtesy checks were done. They put my tire pressure on the ticket before checking my tires! I told her that I was not happy. Always had no problems with them but this time lots of problems. Left there paying almost $90.00. I drove 20 miles to have it done there.
During our Trip from NM to FL, our cars “low oil” light came on. A quick call to Take 5 in Ruston LA. to see if they were open (on Memorial Day!). 30 minutes later we were back on the road! The crew in the Ruston LA location were quick to diagnose the issue with the oil filter gasket. It was replaced in short order. I cannot say enough about this team of young men. Professional, courteous and just plain good people!! I will recommend this location and this business to everyone. The sign of a good corporation will show up in employee training!!
