Oil Change in Kenner, LA at 3401 Williams Blvd..

I normally don’t write reviews on service, but this is an exceptional experience. I went in for an oil change at a Take 5 location. Service was rendered and later discovered that Oil was leaking from the oil pan. I returned to Take 5 and explained my situation. Raquel approached me and listened to my entire explanation. She let me pull into the bay, removed the damaged gasket, replaced a new plug and cleaned a protective cover that covered the oil pan. I left the shop and later was driving and the old pan cover came off. I went back to Take5 and spoke with Raquel and she immediately handled the problem with courtesy and professionalism like I’ve never experienced She is an asset to your company and a valued customer relations employee. I appreciate good service and I will return to Take 5 whenever my car needs to be serviced not because they do good work but because of Raquel. It renewed the fact that they are still great people who want to do a good job and do it well. At this time, it is a rarity to have an employee as valuable as Raquel working for you. I hope you appreciate and reward your good employees.

The manager Raquel (Rocky) and Dylan serviced my truck and got all my fluids checked and topped off and my oil changed. Rocky offered me a water when I first pulled up in line and was extremely friendly. Dylan is extremely personable and friendly and clearly explained all the charges and work being done. I’ll definitely be back for work here as long as they’re here. You don’t find people like this in the industry much and are always an asset to have on hand.

The only thing that I can say is that the young lady who provided services for me was absolutely fantastic. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and she was as sweet as she could be. It did take me a little longer than usual, but they were busy. I was also a little concerned about the price that I paid but in the future, I will ask what the cost is before. I just tell them to fix it. Overall, it was a great experience and I go there on a regular basis. I will definitely go back again and pray that I see the same staff members working.
