It was interesting to say the least. The young man that worked topside stated he had never worked on a Ford before. I had to google. How to change the cabin air filter; but gave up and said He. "Doesn't want to hold his Bay up and we will change it with the next oil change" He left a compartment open where he looked for the cabin air filter was located. The young man under my car Had to get help to pull the skid plate back up. am totally uncomfortable with knowledge level and will return to my dealership for future oil changes
I am loyal to this Take 5 in Kenner specifically because of the exceptional treatment that I receive every time! I come only to this one for the last 6 years! I stopped by to check some of my fluids the other day, and because I wasn’t due for an oil change and nothing was wrong, I wasn’t charged anything, although they topped off my oil and refilled all of my tires and cleaned the windows and still treated me like a customer. That was completely unexpected, especially in a world where it feels like we have to pay to just breathe. I hope everyone receives the best service from this location! Great job Take 5 Kenner and shout out to the manager who was so friendly and gave me a great referral to get my AC charged.

I will utilize this shop again and refer this shop to others. Thank you Take 5 team for the excellent and prompt service . Your service is far better than what a dealership I currently use provides . The difference is Quality and attention to the customer.
