I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I consistently receive at your Bossier location off of airline? . There professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help truly set them apart. Every visit leaves me impressed, and I always make sure to blow my horn in appreciation as I leave. It’s clear that you have a wonderful staff dedicated to providing great customer service. Thank you for all that you do. I look forward to my next visit! Best regards, Robert Minor
The guys at store #0410 always do a excellent job. I can't remember they names but they always get the job done and how many ever there on site working I give them tip money to go get a cool drink or lunch and I heard Chris moved up to district manager and proud of him for that but overall Take 5 is best recommended for all oil services etc.
The men taking care of my vehicle were professional and quick to take care of my oil change. However, I showed up on Saturday at 7:30 AM and they were closed. So I called and the automatic answering service didn’t allow me to call the store directly or even speak to an actual person. So I ran another errand, and returned at 8 AM right as they were opening the garage doors. If you’re going to have the hours posted as Saturday: 7 AM-8 PM on Google & the Take 5 website, please be open when you’re supposed to. It’s very aggravating to wake up early on Saturday to get something taken care of and the employees can’t show up when they’re supposed to.
