The men taking care of my vehicle were professional and quick to take care of my oil change. However, I showed up on Saturday at 7:30 AM and they were closed. So I called and the automatic answering service didn’t allow me to call the store directly or even speak to an actual person. So I ran another errand, and returned at 8 AM right as they were opening the garage doors. If you’re going to have the hours posted as Saturday: 7 AM-8 PM on Google & the Take 5 website, please be open when you’re supposed to. It’s very aggravating to wake up early on Saturday to get something taken care of and the employees can’t show up when they’re supposed to.
Service beyond over and above and very friendly and professional. We were 1,000 miles from home when our SUV developed an oil leak. We found these guys on Google and swung by. I told them I would gladly pay for an oil change if they would take a look and tell me where the leak was. They agreed and they found the oil plug was on its way to falling out. They saved us thousands of dollars in engine repairs. God bless you! PS The KIA dealership in Pelham changed the oul and filter before we left on our trip. Avoid them like the plague.
Great place to do business with. You don't have to worry about getting haggled for things you don't need. As a result I had not only an oil change done but new oil filter, new engine airfilter but also had my radiator flushed and an engine coolant exchange.
