Since the new manager David took over a few months ago, service has been excellent. We’ve been relying on Take 5 for the past few years as our main stop for oil changes but since David has been at the Alexandria location, our stops there have been so thorough and I leave feeling extra confident about the care they provide for my vehicle. Highly recommend for regular oil changes, coolant exchanges, and filter changes as needed.
My first time at a Take 5 and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, I think it was less than 15 minutes for my oil change. They offered a coupon for my air filter as well when I was frugal and planning to change it myself, so that was very kind. I live nearby so this will likely become my go to for oil changes.
Nate was awesome !! Quick and efficient and took the time to help me find a coupon .. I will be back! I did notice however two days later that my windshield wiper wiper fluid was not filled and my oil change reminder was not reset so that’s kind of annoying
