I received excellent service as usual...I'm upset about the veteran discount ...I'm a disabled veteran and I couldn't get my normal discount because the system had changed...I have been in your system before and have used you exclusively since purchasing my vehicle...on a fixed income every dollar counts ...180 is more than your competitors and with the military discount I was able to afford it ...I guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere...
The oil change service was excellent the guys had me in and out of the garage in under 15 minutes, all business no BS. Got my wiper blades and engine air filter replaced real quick too.
Since the new manager David took over a few months ago, service has been excellent. We’ve been relying on Take 5 for the past few years as our main stop for oil changes but since David has been at the Alexandria location, our stops there have been so thorough and I leave feeling extra confident about the care they provide for my vehicle. Highly recommend for regular oil changes, coolant exchanges, and filter changes as needed.
