Since the new manager David took over a few months ago, service has been excellent. We’ve been relying on Take 5 for the past few years as our main stop for oil changes but since David has been at the Alexandria location, our stops there have been so thorough and I leave feeling extra confident about the care they provide for my vehicle. Highly recommend for regular oil changes, coolant exchanges, and filter changes as needed.
Tom the manager very friendly and professional he gave three discounts which I was so grateful for I would recommend and have already recommended friends to use take 5 take oil change if the stars went 10 Tom would definitely get all 10 he is just an all around super nice guy and so was his helper thank you for the discounts
This is the best place in NKY to get an oil change! I still drive out there even though I don’t live in Alexandria anymore. It’s super fast & I’m done in about 30 minutes and don’t even get out of my car. The guys are always nice and they do quality work and don’t pressure you to buy 532 extra things or try and tell you if you don’t change your air filter your car will blow up in a week. Very honest & up front and they always try and get you the best deal. Plus they send an email for 25% off an oil change every 3 months. Nate hooked me up with a great deal this weekend on some wiper blades. Always a stress free experience! Highly recommend these dudes!!!
