as a first time customer going there for an oil change they did not try and sell you other things. Yes they recommend recommended certain things for my 2022 Ford edge because it is over 90,000 miles. I wanna say his name was Will he was really polite on the phone because I called ahead of time to see kind of an estimate and he’s like as long as you get here within kind of the next 30 minutes you’re set. I’m like okay thank you and just the tone the positivity just the vibes were spot on with every single person that was working I know for sure I’m going back to go get whatever else needs to be replaced. If I could write it five out of 10 I’d probably give it a 10 instead of just a five!
Great experience! In and out within 30minutes with oil change! Took about 10 minutes longer because they did not have the oil required for my vehicle! Mobile One 0 weight 40! They ordered the oil prior to starting oil change and the tech was done and had to wait for oil to be delivered from an outside agency! As always excellent service, explained everything, and actually listened to what I was saying as the customer! Highly recommend Take 5 in Lansing, KS!
The service was absolutely wonderful. I really enjoy going there. They checked everything for me that I want checked in and I never had to get out of my car. I smiled the whole time. Thank you very much. I recommend always coming here. This is where I come to have my car serviced and they are wonderful. I can go in there any day of the week if I think my tire is low and they’ll air it up for me or check my oil so yes indeed I love this place.
