Had an absolutely amazing experience. I was the second one in line waited about 10 mins. James greeted me with a smile a bottle of water and a mini Take5 candy! He then helped me firgure out how to bring in my big monster van. He was friendly, kind, and very thorough in his explanation of the services provided and when I needed to come in next. Not sure if I should say this on here but bc I have been going there alot with different cars the same guy James always recognizes me so he gave me a free air filter bc my was dirty. I absolutely HIGHLY recommend. Thank you!!!
My first time there, the experience was wonderful. Yes, a little bit higher on price than normal butt, Well worth the price. They did a wonderful job. Courteous, kind, and talk to you the before they did oil change. They even tell you the best way to take care of your vehicle and what to tell them the next time that you go to your shop. We'll definitely go back! Great job, ladies and gentlemen there!
I didn’t want to go to a big chain like Jiffy Lube because of prior experiences, so I chose Take 5. With my current work schedule, I did not have time to take it into the dealership as I always have. Although Leary about it, I experienced professionalism, constant communication about what was going on, and secured recommendations for the future maintenance of my truck. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell me on services that I did not need. It was a very good experience.
