What a excellent and efficient service people! I was greeted with a smile, bottle of water and a candy bar! Wendy runs a tight ship. were fast, efficient, professional and expedient crew. All three bays were hopping. I could see that their staff are knowledgable and the teamwork was incredible and synergized. Everyone was smiling while they worked too. (Jayden, Derek, and Quay) Loved the knowledgeable service and the outrageous hospitality. I will be back!! (I recently broke up with my last oil change service of twenty...yes twenty years after this experience!!) Thank you. 😊
These people are so thorough, professional, polite and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. And their prices are very reasonable. I will always choose them as long as they keep up the great service. I witnessed their training as well, and thats a BIGGIE to me. They make sure every employee knows what to do, what to look for and how to act. It’s something that is lacking all over the board anymore. The lack of proper training in most places I go to absolutely amazes me. Not so, at Take5.
Started out with candy and a bottle of water. As advised never lift my car. Took about 10 minutes. I chose the economy oil change but they also offer full synthetic, high milage options as well. I was very satisfied. I had downloaded a $25 dollar off coupon which they happily applied. They washed the windshield checked the wiper blades, topped off my washer fluid too. I was so happy with the service on my pickup, that I returned with my work van.
