While waiting ben bought me out a cold water bottle and some reeces and marcus was being trained by jayden during this visit but even with training the services was fast jayden explained what services they provide and made sure everything ran smoothly definitely a good spot to go i even got a coupon being a first time customer 25% off any oil change my biggest plus is how they came and gave me water and reeces during the wait even tho I only waited like 5 minutes pretty much every other place could care less if its 100⁰ they just have you waiting
I came in for an oil change and I was promptly greeted with a cold bottle of water and a treat. Jayden was very helpful with explaining the services that I would be receiving as well as providing helpful information that would help the lifespan of my car. Its hard to come across places with excellent customer service nowadays, so the services I received from Jayden, and the rest of the team was very pleasant and appreciated. Thanks Jayden🦋🦋
I was driving in front of Take 5, a Newer business in Michigan City,IN. I decided to try them on a Saturday, after 5:00pm.*other oil change companies were already closed when my oil change light came on in my 2008 Merc/Mariner/137+ thousand miles. I’m glad I did! No appointment had to be made-no waiting,as I stayed in my car. I was shown, and was explained what was being done, from my oil choice DuraMax Syn. High Mile, filter shape..to air pressure in my new tires. 12 minutes,15 minutes, I was driving out of Michigan City, IN. Thank You Take 5 -~Josh/Brandon/Wendi
