I can't say enough good things about my experience at Take 5 Oil Change on October 15, 2026! Jayden, Quai, and Art provided exceptional service from start to finish. Every single person contributed to making this one of the best oil change experiences I've had! Jayden was my main point of contact and did an outstanding job! He checked me in, explained everything, checked the recommended tire pressure for my vehicle, and showed me my engine air filter. What impressed me most was his honesty. Rather than trying to sell me a replacement I didn't need, he actually told me, "You can definitely wait until next time." That kind of honesty and lack of pressure speaks volumes about the integrity of both the employee and the business! He also made sure I received my receipt, explained the services performed, provided my next oil change reminder sticker, and even helped reset my vehicle's oil change notification. Art was equally impressive, working under the hood, checking fluid levels, showing me the oil dipstick when the service was completed, and taking the time to answer my questions. I was also offered additional fluid checks, top-offs, and tire pressure checks during the duration prior to getting my next oil change. My My tires were checked and aired up, and they even offered to inspect my cabin air filter. Nothing felt rushed, despite how quickly and efficiently everything was completed. Quai was part of the team handling the work beneath my vehicle and also helped guide me safely out of the service bay. He answered questions confidently and ensured that I was aware of all the perks that come with the service. I appreciated that everyone involved was acknowledged rather than just the person handling the transaction! The little extras were wonderful, too! Complimentary bottled water and a Take 5 Reese's treat, a detailed receipt, a reminder sticker, and, best of all, my coupon was honored without any hassle whatsoever! The entire process was smooth, efficient, affordable, and completely pressure-free. But what really stood out to me was the teamwork. Watching these young adults work together so well, each contributing to getting the job done, was genuinely impressive. They were friendly, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. It's refreshing to see hardworking young people in our community providing this level of customer service! I also appreciate a business that doesn't take advantage of opportunities to upsell customers unnecessarily. They explained what I needed, what could wait, and made sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. That builds trust and earns repeat business. Jayden, Quai, and Art deserve recognition for a job exceptionally well done! They represent Take 5 wonderfully, and I hope their management recognizes the outstanding service, honesty, teamwork, and positive attitudes they bring to their jobs. Five stars without hesitation! It wad a very welcoming experience. No need to get out of your truck. It was quick. And the employes were very professional. They did a vantastic job. Im going again when needed even though its so far away. Thanks for the good work. Going to tell my friends about this... Changed my oil, checked my tire pressure, changed wiper blades, they really needed changed, and a filter to help me get better gas mileage..who dont need THAT?

I had a great experience with Summer and Wendi! It was refreshing to see women thriving in the automotive industry. Summer provided excellent customer service, while Wendi, the manager, performed my oil change and gave Quay hands-on training in the process.
