I came in for an oil change. I ended up needing to get my coolant changed also because he said the radiator was running loud and hot. But while doing that the gentleman helping me noticed that the airflow was not quite right in the cabin and asked if he could check the cabin filter. Turns out the cabin filter was put in upside down by them the last time they replaced it. He looked it up and could see exactly who did it. So….my suggestion is to always ask them to double check any filters they replace to make sure they put them in correctly!! Thankfully this guy knew what he was doing and did a great job!
Went and expecting the same old stay in your car service, but was surprised to be greeted with a mini candy bar and an ice cold water and a smiling face! Went online and asked where was the best place to get an oil change for a senior cheap and it popped up with a $25 coupon. Being a senior ever time countsit was so nice to be surprised to have such great customer service and friendly people! And they weee all so attentive! they have just made a lifelong customer as I will be back!!! thank you River and Evan! Y’all did a fantastic job thank you so much!!
Call the head to check prices because being on a senior fixed income every dime counts find a $25 off coupon for any oil change. I have to have full synthetic so it’s usually pretty pricey with my coupon out the door. I was just a little over $60 it was wonderful!!! River and Evan are the two outstanding technicians who took care of me. when they first walk out and greet you with a candy bar and water you know you found a good place to get your oil changed And I dare you to compare their prices with anyone else’s in town love stay in your car. They have good teams. All three days were open even though when I pulled up all three days were full and there was two cars not in yet I was still in and out and a half hour. Thank you
