Everyone was friendly and keeps you informed of what they are doing. They not only change your oil , but check other fluids and filters. They also double check that all caps and filters have been tightened properly. I would recommend them to anyone. Cody and his crew where down 5 guys . The wait time was a little longer then normal, nothing excessive, but still not as long as ive had to wait for other places. I've been coming to them for over
I know next to nothing about cars and more specifically the car my wife drives energy but the Take 5 guys at my local spot took exceptional care of me and laid out all the options that were available to me making it easy to understand. Trae, Evan, and Jesse were super friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable about my make and model and even went out of their way to show me my air filters (cabin and engine) and explain all of the fluids they were refilling or topping off. They even took a photo of the frame of my car for me after I asked them if it was possible and let me know my frame was partially damaged due to some severe rust and I was not aware of it at all. I’m highly satisfied with my experience I got the core oil change and with how quickly they worked and how informative they were feel like it’s worth every penny I spend. Thank you guys so much for your kindness and professionalism you made my day.
Needed to fit in an oil change, and drove past a Take 5. Knew it would be quick, so pulled in and were greeted immediately. We're pleased with the water bottle and Take 5 candy treat. Employees were excellent; explained things well, asked good questions. River even found our in-cabin air filter and Oh My, did it need replacing! I would use Take 5 again! Will use Take 5 anytime!
