Oil Change in Kokomo, IN at 515 E Southway Blvd.

Stopped in today for my first oil change at Take 5 in Kokomo. From the time I pulled into the parking lot, I was treated as a very valued customer. The genuine care and dedication of the techs, as well as the manager on duty, was apparent in every way. They did a fantastic job and were very attentive and answered all of my questions, while also teaching me why each service they offered was important. I will definitely return to this location again and will be telling my coworkers, friends, and family about the great experience I had at Take Five Oil Change of Kokomo.

Justin runs an amazing crew here at this facility and made the experience extremely enjoyable as an old technician myself. We talked shop while they took care of my wife's Subaru, with outstanding attention to detail. The environment is extremely inviting and the whole crew seems to really enjoy being around one another which is always nice to see. Continue the A++ work at your facility Justin! My family and I will continue taking all of our vehicles to this facility for oil changes. 💯💯

I would like to start off by saying I wasn’t sure what to expect. After reading the website I was hesitant at first to go here for an oil change given I typically go over to Peru to get it done. It’s a new shop, it’s a chain, all those concerns one typically has. I am blown away by all the help and services offered to me, most of which were free. And all the staff at this location in Kokomo were amazing! The shop manager, Jason, was incredible to talk to and work with. Luke, the primary person talking to me about what was going on and what all they were doing, was super informative and polite. The other gentlemen working (their names were I believe Gavin, Kaben, Cayden and Jay) were ALL super sweet and funny and just as informative and kind as the last. Thank you guys all so much for the service today! you all are an excellent crew and I’ll definitely be back!
