I had an undeniably amazing experience at the oil change today at take5. Cameron went above and beyond.. not only worried about my car but the wellbeing of the customer and passengers. Had a water for me before conversation started and came in clutch with 3 different flavors of kool-aid jammers for my 3 spoild boys. Him and his whole team make it not just getting oil changed and filters cleaned and replaced.. but fun informative about the competitors such as valvoline and such. I have always been diehard valvoline fan.. they do have great oil but the facts are that sometimes it just comes down to how u are treated by the people doing it..I know me as a woman with a car full of kids did not want to be there when we pulled up... but this young man and gang made it great.. I didnt even realize how much time went by.. which wasnt long by the way I was there 25 minutes max but they did more than my oil too though.. they are pristine and clean about... quick and sufficient...
Had the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER at any fast oil change place. Take 5 in Kokomo is the absolute best. Jay and Landon were fantastic! They went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and didn't charge me for anything unnecessary. They treated me with respect and answered all my questions without hesitation. I highly recommend them to everyone. They are so much better than the other companies. There is no comparison.
This was the first time I have ever been at Take 5 in Kokomo. Landin took care of me and he was very friendly, kept me informed the entire time, and even gave me coupons for my upcoming oil visits. I will say the whole crew was working so hard in these extremely hot conditions where feels like temps are currently 110 degrees. I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change!!
