I want to take a minute to specifically recognize Cody and his entire team at this Take 5 Oil Change location on Pendleton Pike. I have dealt with Take 5 at other locations, and I can honestly say that the experience I had with Cody and this entire team was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have had at an oil change facility. Every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, respectful, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. What really stood out to me was the way the entire team worked together. They communicated with each other, communicated clearly with customers, stayed organized, kept things moving, and somehow managed to maintain a good attitude while doing it. There was joking and laughing between the employees, but they were still getting the work done and paying attention to what needed to be done. It felt like an actual team rather than a group of people simply showing up to work. Cody deserves a lot of credit for that. You can tell a lot about a manager by the people working around him, and his entire crew reflected extremely well on him. Everyone was approachable, courteous, and willing to help. Nobody acted annoyed, rushed, dismissive, or like dealing with customers was an inconvenience. There was also a minor discrepancy involving a discount I had received through Take 5's corporate customer service because this is a franchise-owned location rather than a corporate/retail location. That situation had nothing to do with Cody or his employees, and they handled it professionally and courteously anyway. Honestly, the distinction between corporate and franchise locations became pretty obvious to me after this visit—but not in the way I expected. This franchise location gave me a better customer experience across the board because of the people working there. Cody and his entire team deserve recognition. Good customer service is easy to talk about, but this crew actually demonstrated it from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this location based on the staff alone.

Everyone was very nice and was quick and they even put new wipers blades on for me. Valerie was over and beyond in her knowledge and her kindness. I asked her many questions due to the age of my car. She talked me through everything they were doing. I was a new customer and after my oil change I decided I will now only go to take 5 oil change. Take 5 Oil Change is very lucky to have Valerie as a valued employee.

Take 5 Oil Change made getting my oil changed ridiculously easy! I found a $25 off coupon, was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and the service was friendly and efficient. They even replaced my air filter while I was there. Best part? I didn’t have to spend my entire Saturday sitting at a dealership. Definitely recommend Take 5!
