Very polite and informative yet again! I recently serviced at the Blossom dealership and left with a check engine light on. The blossom dealership was planning to Charge me another Diagnostic fee to see why the check engine light was on when it didn’t come on until after they serviced it. Today I went to Take 5 for my oil change and they reconnected the O2 sensor. That was the issue that my dealership was trying to charge me for; a mistake on their end that they did not correct. Take 5 jumped right into action!
Korey & Lopez were soooo efficient and so sweet. They informed me very thoroughly on my dirty filter that had my car using up alot of gas & they changed it for me at a very doable price. The oil change was quick, they had me approve of the look of the oil after it was changed to ensure my satisfaction. Honestly this simple oil changing moment I was pretty comfortable & felt confident that I was investing in my cars longevity. Its all thanks to Lopez & Korey, cool, professional, thorough, and efficient nice guys. I'll definitely come again🙂 Thank you Lopez & Korey!
The three men that worked on my car was fantastic- I’m not mechanical in any way they took the time to explain everything very professionally and made me feel completely at ease and I knew I was in very good hands - I would love the same three every time I have to come in for an oil change - their names are -hood - Korey - safety - Mugi and Diaz - - I feel the three of them are and serve as a positive member of your company and to the public and also a great representation of your company
