Great 1st. Experience very polite crew working there. Explained the procedures they were performing and when they checked my engine air cleaner they asked with no pushing to sell one to me.. although I seen the filter was ready and did have them do it. Also for all my military brothers and sisters this establishment gives a discount for military which is a great thing. I will definitely use them for my oil changes in the future. Keep up the great customer service. Thanks a totally satisfied customer !!
I had a really great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The service was quick and incredibly convenient—I didn’t even have to get out of the car. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful the team was. They noticed I had kids with me and brought out a water bottle, juice, and fruit gummies, which made the whole experience so much easier. They did mention that my air filter might need to be changed soon, but there was zero pressure to add anything on. It was just helpful information for next time, which I appreciated. Overall, the entire crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. Easily one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. Update: back again 4 months later and had another great experience getting the oils changed at Take 5!!
As I arrived at the establishment, I met with a tech who told me how the process works shortly after that I was in the bay, and my car was being worked on. Daniel, the manager of this branch walked me through step-by-step and told me everything that was was taking place. I definitely recommend and I will be back.
