I had a really great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The service was quick and incredibly convenient—I didn’t even have to get out of the car. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful the team was. They noticed I had kids with me and brought out a water bottle, juice, and fruit gummies, which made the whole experience so much easier. They did mention that my air filter might need to be changed soon, but there was zero pressure to add anything on. It was just helpful information for next time, which I appreciated. Overall, the entire crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. Easily one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. Update: back again 4 months later and had another great experience getting the oils changed at Take 5!!

I was quickly greeted by the tech on duty with a cold bottle of water and a little Reese’s Take 5. Appreciated his(Casper) knowledge and full explanation on the service I would receive. Very quick and hassle free. I was in the bay in under five minutes. They definitely added a little humor and made it feel more personable. Plus they were a super polite group of guys that really enjoyed the job.

Excellent customer service every time I come here. As a person with limited mobility, I am especially appreciative of the “drive-in” approach. Crew took the time to explain all of their services and options, without pressuring or trying to “up sell.” They worked well together to finish efficiently and were also happy to trouble shoot a few issues that came up. The team went above and beyond and even the manager came over to check that I was satisfied with my service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone & look forward to doing business in the future!
