I came in for an oil change and the guys here made it super easy and quick! Not to mention they were very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for great customer service. I’ll choose this location for all future needs. Once again made it very quick and easy thanks to Jayshawn and his team!
This place is awesome, the manager Jake was great. Free Reese’s Take 5 and water bottle aside, they took me seriously. I wasn’t suckered into getting services I didn’t need, they didn’t pressure me into upgrades I didn’t necessarily need, and there was no judgement. I will definitely be back in the future.
The guys here are awesome! My oil started leaking after I changed it at the 38th street location. I came to the Michigan Rd location and they did everything all over for me for free! They were sincerely sorry about what happened to me. It could have been worse because all my oil leaked out completely. So thankful!
