Everybody was really cool, including the GM of the store. Ht took the liberty of going over everything with me in detail and even changed the cabin filter, which was in desperate need of changing. My first time at this location, and I have to say compared to the other two locations in Broad Ripple and Castleton, this location was way better in terms of being on it and being not only professional, but really cool at the same time.
Great Service. While the crew is quick, they're not "rushed" to get you out the door. There is still a sense of great customer service and knowledgeable answers when questions were asked. I feel i can always trust Take 5. (Sales aren't "pushed" on me. If I don't need a filter change, they're honest about it). Tip- check their website for coupon
First time and service was excellent (as others have pointed out). Very well managed service shop. As you sit in the car you can hear them communicating with each other and checking each other’s work. Reminded me of a military maintenance shop, efficient and good quality control. Will be going back.
