⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tanzania was absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very detailed. She took the time to explain things about my coolant pump and how everything works, which I really appreciated. She definitely knows what the hell she’s doing! Her customer service was honestly the best I’ve experienced at an oil change place. She was professional, friendly, and made sure I understood everything before I left. I highly recommend Tanzania and this location. I’m definitely telling my people about her, and I will be back! Great job, Tanzania! 👏🏾🔥
Those young black men were very professional and spoke very well. I could tell that they were skillful technicians. It took about 20 mins to complete the oil change and to replace my cabin filter. I was very impressed by their knowledge and answering my questions. They reassured me by explaining in great detail what everything was and why it’s important for my car longevity. They even make sure to show you the oil stick when done. I was also greeted with a bottle of water as soon as I let my window down! Incredible customer service! Who ever trained them deserves a raise!
I've always liked Take Five, especially when I went to Mavis to get my oil changed and a set of tires from them, the oil change was ridiculous they didn't even put windshield wiper fluid in my. So I'll never go back there and get any kind of oil change. Thank you take five for a great experience, pleasantry, and your hospitality towards us ladies. Thank you for the discount that really helped me cuz I needed to get some gas that day.
