I had the worst experience recently at Jiffy Lube. I went in for a top off, I felt so disrespected and not welcomed especially when you’re spending over $140 for an oil change. My husband told me to take my vehicle to take 5 in Cicero, best experience ever. As I pulled up I was greeted and directed into the lane byTanzania. She greeted me with a smile, asked how I was doing and directed me to the technician. When you know nothing about vehicles it’s good to know that someone is willing to educate you about taking care of your vehicle. Anything I did not know they definitely made sure I knew before I left the patience they had with me,all the questions I had. I truly appreciate you all. Their genuine smile, and lifting my spirits. Sometimes we don’t know what customers are going through and it didn’t matter you all treated me with kindness and respect. I lost my mom and brother six years ago and today my mom weighed heavy on my heart. Your kindness and smile reminded me things get better and even if your having a rough day,we need to always remember to treat people with kindness. I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change, and I can't say enough good things about Kenndell and Antonio. Every single bay was full and there were three cars waiting in line, but these two handled the rush like absolute professionals. Despite the high-pressure environment, they remained completely hospitable, focused, and patient with every customer. They didn't cut corners—they worked extremely hard to ensure my car was serviced properly and that the job was done right. It is rare to see such great teamwork and dedication to customer service when a shop is slammed. Kenndell and Antonio are awesome, and they’ve definitely earned a loyal customer in me!
