I've taken my cars to Take 5 on 1uth now for a few oil changes and even though their a little expensive, they do a great job. I love that it's a stay-in-your-car type place so I can see what their doing, at least at the top. I've done a lot of my own oil changes, so it's good to see what their doing and talk with someone the whole time. This last time they pointed out that the coolant was low even though I'd had it flushed by Jiffy lube 5k miles before. I had them redo the flush and it is running much better now. I also really like that they let you bring your car in to top off the oil as long as it's within the window sticker limit for mileage and date. That helps when you have a Kia that burns a quart a week. (Don't get me started on that). All in all, Take 5 is a great lube shop. They always treat me right.
I tell you what, Oakley, Zach and Emily were phenomenal. Oakley was professional, polite and could sell me ketchup even if I was wearing white. Zach and Emily were quick, knowledgeable and professional as well. I am very happy with my service. Absolutely will be coming back.
Employers were very polite and seemed knowledgeable. They explained every available aspect of service to me and allowed me to receive or deny it. I did get windshield wipers installed. I needed them anyway and this saved me a trip and having to do them myself or ask a NAPA or O’ Reilly salesperson- or my husband - to install them for me.
