When it comes to customer service Dustin, Owen and the rest of the crew at Take 5 in Idaho Falls are at the top of the list, you pull up and you are immediately greeted (and it being an almost 90° day with an ice cold bottle of water). Once in the bay they get to work with speed and efficiency, they'll give you any manufacturer recommendations and won't try to upsell you on things you don't need. This is the second time I've been to this location and if I don't have the time to change my oil myself then I will definitely be stopping by again next time.
I’ve always changed my own oil, so this was my first time using Take 5. Zach, Dillan, and Owen made it an awesome experience. They were quick, professional, and genuinely friendly. Between the great service and the laughs, they honestly made me consider coming back instead of doing it myself even though it would be obviously cheaper to do so.If management sees this, these guys deserve recognition. Outstanding customer service and performance!
What an amazing place to go! Super friendly and they talk to you about everything. They answer a-lot of questions. Super fast service as well. The manager of the store worked on my car and showed me my oil drain plug. Didnt know it was plastic! He said newer cars are going away from metal and he said he didnt have to replace it because it looked good but did anyways because he said its better safe then sorry!
