Amazing customer service! This location has the most courteous staff I have encountered at an automotive service shop, all while conducting training with new employees. Take 5 has a customer for good, solely based on the performance and customer service that was provided during my visit. In a world full of uncertainty, these folks are a shining light! Take 5 off Cleveland Blvd, Bubbles, Michael, you all set the standard! Edit- came back just recently for engine coolant service and refill. Cody and Jesse helped me out. Again, setting the standard! If you want great customer service and professionalism, these guys do it. Thanks again, Take 5!
First time into this shop/franchise. So far, I am pleased with their service. The first point of contact, I was greeted with an ice cold bottle of water. Totally unexpected, highly appreciated. I waited maybe 15 minutes before they got started (2 other rigs in the bay before I pulled in). They found that Dennis Dillon cross threaded my drain plug (they replaced it) and has been over tightening the oil filter. Jesse (and another young guy, sorry I forgot your name) walked me thru all the pricing and options and was very informed. The owner of this location was present and engaged with his employees. They all seemed to have a great working relationship. Efficient, clean, and quick. I will most likely return to this location since it is much quicker than the Service Department and less expensive. BUT ABOVE EVERYTHING ELSE, they did not try to sell me anything I did not need. My air filter was like new so, they put it back in vs just charging me for one. They also took the time to confirm that I did NOT have a cabin air filter and showed me that at some point my heater core had been replaced. They checked the door for PSI specifications, but also asked if I had a preference. They discussed the differentials and informed my that I was a bit low on coolant and recommend a flush. But, they did not push the point and were very understanding on the financial limit for the day. Thank you! It was a great first impression.
Absolutely the BEST service I have experienced!!! These two gentlemen, Jack and Cole, provided great customer service!!! Jack explained things about my car that I was unaware of, but didn't make me feel like I didn't know anything!!! That is a great talent to provide education with condescension. Both were very personable and kind!!! I will definitely be coming back here for future needs!!!
