This place is what you would call very service friendly and they go the extra mile to make sure the customers are extremely happy. They start with a bottle water and it only gets better from there. They take the time to explain everything to you with no pressure and Jack is a very personable young man. Whose hobbies even include baking and riding motorcycles both of which I like and appreciate. All while remaining with extreme focus and efficiency while helping multiple customers at the same time. Hard to do this day and age in my humble opinion. Come here and be happy.
Take 5 Oil Change on Cleveland Blvd is the best! The whole crew was amazing from start to finish. When I first arrived, I was greeted by a friendly young man with a big smile who even offered me an ice-cold bottle of water. Since the shop operates on a first-come, first-served basis, I did have to wait a little while, but it wasn't bad at all. The crew checked in with me periodically to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay while I waited. During my service, the technician clearly explained which services my vehicle needed and was honest about the ones that weren't necessary. When performing a complimentary cabin air filter inspection, he showed me a side-by-side comparison of my old filter and a new one so I could see the difference for myself. He also inspected my engine air filter and took the time to show me how to tell whether it was clean or dirty. He explained that it was still in good condition and did not need to be replaced at this time, which I really appreciated. Overall, the prices were great, the staff was outstanding, and the entire experience was welcoming and professional. I will 100,000% be returning to this location and recommending it to my friends, family, and anyone else I can. A huge thank-you to the crew at Take 5 in Caldwell: Remmi, Noah, Bobby, Addi, Cole, and Jack. Keep up the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I want to have my oil change air filter oil filter and at the end of the service the girl made a mistake once you charge me the first time did not add air filter so she voided my first charge and then she charged me again with the air filter on there so I went through my bank twice and now I'm short in the bank until I get refunded this should have never have happened Ty
