I started bringing all of my vehicles there because the service at first was very good they seem to be on top of everything. However, my last few visits have not been so good. It seems like the training of the technicians has gone down considerably. I had to have the technician to check my oil again after he told me my oil levels was good. The second time he checked it it was very low. The reason why I asked him to check it again because I did not see him wipe off the stick The first time. Good thing I was I really want this company to succeed and whatever you guys were doing a few years ago. You need to go back to it. I plan on coming back but going to have to watch everything that’s done.
I have used Take 5 on many occasions and every time the service has been outstanding. The service guys are so polite and courteous This is the only place I use to get my oil changed. The great service keeps me coming back 😁👍
Very professional and thorough. I like how they communicate and work together to get things done fast ans efficiently! I also like the fact that they give whatever coupons they have even if you don't have them
