"I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change! I was a little skeptical of the '5-minute' promise, but they truly had me in and out in record time. What I love most is that I didn't even have to leave my car—I just sat back, relaxed, and let them take care of everything. The crew was super professional and friendly. They greeted me immediately, checked my fluids, tire pressure, and even cleaned my windshield. They were knowledgeable about what my car needed without being pushy about upselling extra services, which I really appreciate.
Best oil change place inhave ever been to. I have problems as I want to look while they do the work. Take 5 is the only one who will let younsitvin tryout car. Then they show you the dip stick. I even got an emission at discounted price causecof the oil change. Quoted a price and that is what I paid. Nomaddmons no tricks. Love these guys Roberto and his guys are the best. Will be telling everyone. Thanks guys. Awesone.
Customer service was friendly and the staff were professional. My only concern is the pricing. I brought my own oil and filter, and I was still charged $60 plus tax for what took about five minutes. That seems quite expensive for labor alone. I understand businesses have their pricing, but I think the charge is higher than what most customers would expect for this type of service.
