Everyone treated me with respect and made me feel like a valued customer. What I appreciated most was that they explained the prices before doing any work, which gave me the opportunity to decide what I wanted done without feeling pressured. I received discounts on my oil change and engine air filter, and my total came to about $126 for both services. They also topped off my fluids and cleaned my windshield before I left. The entire process was professional, straightforward, and customer-friendly. Great service from beginning to end. I’ll definitely consider coming back for my next oil change!

I was having a really difficult morning and was honestly on the verge of a mental breakdown. Instead of making me feel embarrassed or like I was holding anyone up, Trent and the rest of the team treated me with patience, respect, and genuine kindness. The oil change was quick, everything was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured into buying anything I didn't need. It's not often you come across people who are this good at customer service while also showing real empathy. Thank you, Trent, and the entire Take 5 team. Your kindness made a hard day a little easier, and I'll definitely be back.
