⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time at Take 5, and I had a great experience. As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed and offered a bottle of water. Everyone treated me with respect and made me feel like a valued customer. What I appreciated most was that they explained the prices before doing any work, which gave me the opportunity to decide what I wanted done without feeling pressured. I received discounts on my oil change and engine air filter, and my total came to about $126 for both services. They also topped off my fluids and cleaned my windshield before I left. The entire process was professional, straightforward, and customer-friendly. Great service from beginning to end. I’ll definitely consider coming back for my next oil change!
I stopped by Take 5 around 7:30 the other morning for an oil change, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Trent. He was incredibly kind, professional, and compassionate. I was having a really difficult morning and was honestly on the verge of a mental breakdown. Instead of making me feel embarrassed or like I was holding anyone up, Trent and the rest of the team treated me with patience, respect, and genuine kindness. The oil change was quick, everything was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured into buying anything I didn't need. It's not often you come across people who are this good at customer service while also showing real empathy. Thank you, Trent, and the entire Take 5 team. Your kindness made a hard day a little easier, and I'll definitely be back.
Manager Heather and tech Ashton were wonderful. Ashton greeted me quickly with a cold water and let me know about the short wait. Both Heather and Ashton were conversational and professional, showing me my car’s wipers, filters, and oil. The pair worked efficiently as a team to provide a pleasant customer experience
