I have been to Take 5 in Lilburn to get my oil changed 3 times now. I love it that it is convenient to get in and out of, and the staff greets you in the parking lot with a bottle of water. It’s such a nice touch! Not once, as a woman, have I ever felt like they were trying to upsell me or take advantage of me. They do my oil changes quickly (usually within 10-15 minutes) with a smile, and are always very polite and friendly. In the past, I have been able to find a coupon online prior to going, and it helps in this economy to have that little discount. If you cannot find one online, you can call and ask them to text you a coupon. Overall, it is a convenient place with a professional and caring staff, and I will definitely be going there for all of my future oil change needs.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Customer Service — Even Without an Oil Change! Stopped by Take 5 today not to get an oil change, but simply to gather some information and ask a few questions about their maintenance options. I was thoroughly impressed by how I was treated! Highlights of the Visit Incredibly Attentive: The moment I pulled up, the team greeted me warmly and took the time to listen to what I needed without rushing me along. Very Informative: They broke down all of their different services and oil options clearly, explaining what each entailed and what would work best for my vehicle. Extremely Helpful & Zero Pressure: Instead of trying to push an immediate sale, they focused entirely on answering my questions thoroughly and giving honest, practical advice. The Verdict: It is rare to find auto service shops that give you this much genuine attention and care when you're just stopping in for information. Thanks to their friendly, transparent staff, Take 5 has earned my business—I will definitely be back when it’s time for my next oil change!
Excellent service from the team at Take 5! They were extremely thorough during my visit. They caught a coolant and oil leak that I didn't know I had, saving my high-mileage car from serious damage down the road. On top of that, they fixed a stripped oil bolt screw completely for free and helped me get a fuel system treatment done to clear out ethanol build-up. Really appreciated their attention to detail and honest recommendations. I’ll definitely be back!
