Hands down, this was the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted with a smile and cold bottle of water, which immediately set the tone for an exceptional visit. The entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Every service and recommendation was explained thoroughly, and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything I didn’t need. They took the time to answer my questions, clearly laid out my options, checked and adjusted my tire pressure, and even cleaned both my windshield and rear glass. It’s rare to find a business that pays such close attention to the little details, but this team absolutely does. A special thank you to Ish, whose leadership was evident throughout the entire experience. He runs a tight, well-organized operation while still making customers feel welcome and valued. You can tell he has built a positive team culture—the staff worked together seamlessly, communicated well, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Ish’s professionalism, knowledge, sense of humor, and ability to lead by example turned what is usually a routine chore into a genuinely pleasant experience. Quick, efficient, honest, and customer-focused are the best words I can use to describe this Take 5. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well cared for and that I had received outstanding service from start to finish. I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else for oil changes. ​I had a good experience at this Take 5 location thanks to Amari and Roberto! I came in dealing with an oil leak, and instead of just doing a quick job, they took the time to figure out exactly what was going wrong. ​They clearly explained the cause of the leak and completely educated me on several mistakes made during my previous service at Sherman Auto Repair (who had handled my last oil change and spark plugs). ​Amari and Roberto were professional, knowledgeable, and honest—traits that are hard to find in auto care these days. They saved me a ton of future stress, and I highly recommend looking for them if you want the job done right. Outstanding customer service!

Jared was amazing as well as the rest of the Take 5 staff at this location. There was an incident of road rage where another driver aggressively followed me into the parking lot and tried to cut me off while i attempted to get my car serviced. the Take 5 staff on site came through and helped resolve the situation by getting the other driver to leave and i am extremely grateful to them for helping me out.
