This was my first time visiting Take 5, as I’ve always had my oil changes done at the dealership\. From the moment I arrived, my experience was nothing short of a 10/10\! Samare and the rest of the team provided exceptional customer service\. Samare went above and beyond by offering me a bottle of water when he noticed I couldn’t stop coughing\. He was also very thorough in explaining what I could expect during my service and took the time to inform me about the additional services available\. That’s what I call a true WOW experience\! I truly appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely be returning to the Take 5 location in Douglasville for my next service\. CW
Christian and Xavier are Amazing ! Great service! I came in for an oil change and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to pressure me into unnecessary services, and made the whole process easy. Fast, convenient, and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change!
Samari was incredibly helpful and advised me that my oil was at a safe level at only 3,000 plus miles driven since my last oil change. He topped off all my fluids under Take 5 complimentary policy. It was a fantastic day at my friendly neighborhood Take 5!
